Mia Margherita’s coal-fired oven celebrates pizza in its original intention. Our pizza dough is made in house. Every pizza is hand stretched and tossed by our pizzaiolos in front of our guests. The intensity of the coal-fired heat allows us to produce a very light, beautifully crispy, Neapolitan-style pizza. Moisture is retained at the center of the pie, so it’s slightly chewy, too, giving customers the best of both worlds.

Mia Margherita serves a variety of classic Italian dishes. We use high quality and fresh ingredients throughout our kitchen including making our own Bolognese and marinara sauces. The restaurant seats 125 people and offers a main dining room, full bar, private dining room, covered outdoor patio and a retail market.
